Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

The Latest News: Work at Greyhound has continued without a break. I have worked with several churches to transition web sites over to new administrators, and return rescued domains during the last few months.

Church Website Ministry: Continued to do the required maintenance on the servers and websites. We did have a server failure for about twelve hours in September on the core servers. The church hosting servers were not affected.

Bible Correspondence Courses:   We have active students from the USA, Brunei, Canada, Ghana, India, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, Uganda and Zimbabwe.

We want to thank Katherine Feguer, John & Lydia Henrici, Jim and Carol Cahill, JL and Florence Smith for helping on the Bible Correspondence courses over the last several months.

  • The third quarter of 2011 ended with 239 students (60 foreign students and 30 are incarcerated).  We sent out 1235 lessons, issued 34 certificates and saw one 14 year old student (in Myanmar) make a salvation decision.
  • I want to share some comments we received from people that are taking the correspondence courses:
  • Uganda – age 22-Praise the Lord! Am so excited to have received the free Bible correspondence course lessons this afternoon. Thank you so much for having enrolled me as your student, am very grateful indeed and hope to study it very carefully so that by monday next week I  can be able to mail the  answers back to you. I strongly believe that my life will never be the same again. Thank you very much. Wish you all the best and may God richly bless you.
  • A prisoner in North Carolina wrote: Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for these Bible Study lessons. I truly love studying God’s Word and wish to grow and mature in Christ.
  • Another letter from a student in Uganda: Praise Jesus! I just completed the lessons and mailed them back as the month was starting. Hope you get them not later than 17th, and I can see what next you’ve got for me as far as that study is concerned. Thank you so much and may God bless you so much. Your student.

Tract Ministry: We are “giving out” 700+ Bible Tracts per month, We have “given out” over 50,000 Bible Tracts online.

Social Networking: Please continue praying for our Facebook outreach. My evangelism account has 1688 friends.

Support: We are currently at 67% of support for our ministry expenses. 100% of money donated to us goes to support the ministry – we use NO money for personal expenses.

Prayer Needs: The Lord’s will regarding secular work and health benefits. Help in raising support for the ministry. We have been granted a temporary 50% discount going forward from Source of Light on the Bible Correspondence Courses, thanks for your prayers. Jessica broke her ankle after the last report, and is still healing. She is currently out of the US looking at potential ministry opportunities. Please continue to keep her in your prayers as she seeks the God’s will in her life.

Specific Financial Needs:  We still have several needs

  • Projector for the ministry presentation $500-$700
  • Vonage phone service for a year – we can get two months of phone service free if we purchase a year at a cost of $360 (includes taxes and fees). If you are going to sign up for Vonage – give us your email address – if we “invite” you  we can get a free month. Vonage allows us to call FREE to 60 countries and discounted to others – invaluable for our ministry!
  • All of our server needs for the year have been paid for. Praise the Lord!
