I rescued the domain for Victory Baptist Church in Oakland Maryland. I have three different phone numbers (one is disconnected) and the other two went to answering machines, neither of which indicated it was Victory Baptist Church. I have three Pastor's names (settled on Gerald Miller) If anyone knows the church and has any information please let me know. The domain is: www.indvictorybaptist.com.
