A little excitement among the mundane!

I have been back at work as a Greyhound driver. The last few days have been insane (although things are slowing down after the Thanksgiving Day rush). I got to bed yesterday morning around 5 AM after a round trip to Abilene Texas. Around 11 Am I was awakened to an unusual noise (I though the whacked out kitty cat Maverick was into something, almost sounded like something was bouncing down the stairs). The neighbor's pipes had apparently clogged up, and what I heard was the city blowing out the sewage pipes, which also blew our sewage back up through the toilets, bath tub and shower! Talk about a RUDE awakening! I am convinced we need to have our tree in the front yard removed due to it's root system. Please pray for wisdom, not sure it had anything to do with the problems yesterday, but it could cause major problems down the road if we don't deal with it now!

Everything else has been the daily mundane tasks that come with the online services we provide, renewing domains, checking hosting servers, updating the web portals etc.  I was contacted by another church that was abandoning a rescued domain – reassigned it to a good home. Helped return 2 more domains to their owners over the last week.

Looks like I will be heading out to Tulsa in a couple of hours – for an over night trip. If you have any intererest in following the travels they are available here in the news under my tentmaking activities. I should start sharing more details as some interesting things happen – like when I was riding the bus (not driving) back from El Paso last week, and I walked to the back of the bus as it was going down the road (in uniform of course) when a lady woke up, looked up at me and demanded to know "who's driving the bus?????" I told her it was on autopilot, that the road was going straight, the bus was going straight, and I decided to get up and stretch my legs…
