Language School?

I am currently looking at the option of taking classes to get certification as a MSCA-Security (Microsoft Certified Administrator). I look at this as the same as language school. While I can speak the language enough to get by, this will help to fulfill a need that churches have out there. One of the families we provided a CD with SPYBOT to (link is on this website) called me on Saturday. One of the computers was infected, Spybot found, and kept trying to kill the trojan. I provided a link to a website that had a tool that would help remove this virus. The email follows
Thanks for the phone support on Saturday. We did get it cleaned and functioning again but one problem keeps returning.
We get this cleaned off and it starts again the next day.  McAfee is not seeing or stopping anything, but I am no expert on the settings.

The repeat offender seems to be:
   Infection by virtumonde.prx – TrojanC

Debby has both McAfee and Spybot programs updated on her computer.

Everytime she goes out to the web, within a short period various windows show up from explorer with obscene and/or virus warning advertising.

We run “spybot” and the Trojans above show up.
We clean it off and run McAfee that shows is clean.
The next day the same thing happens.

I don’t understand why McAfee is allowing things to come in unless there is something wrong with that too.

Since a church member has volunteered to available to help us with computer issues, I e-mailed him the problem too.  I have no idea if this is his field of expertise.

Before I go and pay for a technician do you have any other ideas?

Mcafee did NOT protect their computer and does not detect this virus!
