Taking Know & Grow, lesson 8, he wrote “Putting on the full armor of God, having the knowledge of God’s Word to avoid and resist Satan’s attacks. Having knowledge of God’s Word and a strong relationship with the Heavenly Father I can resist the temptations and immorality of this world. When I am faced with doubts and fears, I know I can turn to Christ Jesus in prayer and fasting for guidance through His Holy Spirit. By placing our faith in our Lord Jesus Christ we can walk in His righteousness. By giving our lives over to Jesus Christ we can find an inner peace. Through His Word we can combat Satan and the temptations of this world following Christ’s example when He was tempted by Satan in the wilderness.
