I want to thank those of you that have taken time to pray – I had the interview yesterday – and still have no idea what the Lord's will is. It looks like I can enter the training if I desire – which will require two weeks sharing a hotel room in Atlanta Georgia, during which time I will probably not be able to do any ministry work. Then two more weeks on the job training, followed by a job requiring extensive travel. Please continue to pray for the Lord's will to be made clear. I sat down and reviewed the Christian Health Ministries guidelines yesterday (as a possible replacement for benefits), and really do not have a peace about that as a replacement for medical insurance. In short I am as confused today as I was Sunday as to what the Lord will have us do. Unless I have a clear leading I will proceed toward taking this position since the door is open. I would appreciate continued prayer as there are still several ways the Lord can slam the door shut.
My Facebook account has been disabled – not sure why – have asked for a reason… it was disabled when I got home from the job interview yesterday. I'm fine with it if the Lord would prefer I direct my efforts elsewhere on social networking outreach.
Over the last several days I worked with Rose Pyles, missionary to the Phillipines and showed her how to update their website (http://www.pylesfilesphilippines.com) using the templates. She will work on it as they find time. I also spent some time on the phone with Pastor Spannagel (Pyron Avenue Baptist Church in San Antonio Texas) walking him through some basics on how to use the WB Templates for their website (http://www.pyronave.com)
