Today Maureen and I had the pleasure of attending a sunrise service at one of our supporting churches, Calvary Baptist Church in Mesquite Texas. It was a blessing as we watched the sun rise behind Pastor Duane Myers, listening to the message from Matthew 28 reminding us that we serve a risen Saviour! It could not be said of any of the other gods that men serve "He is Risen!"
After the sunrise service we had the pleasure of a sweet fellowship over breakfast. If you are in the Mesquite area, Calvary Baptist Church is a friendly little church with a big heart. They serve our risen savior with a zeal.
We have been hosting a website for Calvary Baptist Church since 2009. They were instrumental in getting us involved in the East Baptist Texas Camp Meeting back in 2009, which really gave us a kick start in our hosting ministry in Texas. We are hoping to be attending the ETBCM again this July.
