News is out that Wachovia Bank is ready to collapse, and of course, that's where my 401K money is today.
Notwithstanding the fact that there have been some losses recently due to the current financial meltdown, I am unsure if the retirement plans are insured. Please pray for our financial needs as we prepare for this ministry transition. Also, please pray for the Lord's will to be done, as He can still change His mind prior to Tuesday.
We have confirmed we will be at the Missions banquet at Harvester Baptist Church in Ellicott City Maryland on Saturday 10/18/08. We will be speaking at that meeting.
We would like to visit Grace Baptist Church in Joppa, but have not heard back yet,
