Recently, I received a contact form submission from Pastor Danny Parnell, who serves as the pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri. Pastor Parnell reached out seeking guidance on setting up a new church website to strengthen their online presence and outreach.
After receiving his message, I gave Brother Danny a phone call so we could personally discuss the church’s specific needs and goals. During our conversation, he shared his vision for a simple, functional site that would clearly present their beliefs, service times, and ministries to the community.
Pastor Parnell selected the domain bbckjv.com — a fitting choice that reflects the church’s strong commitment to the King James Bible. Once the domain was secured, I set up a basic WordPress website using the information and materials Pastor Parnell provided.
Following the initial setup, we scheduled an online training session where I walked him through managing content, updating pages, and using WordPress effectively for ongoing ministry communication. Since then, Pastor Parnell and I have had several follow-up discussions to answer questions, refine the site’s layout, and add new sections as the church continues to grow its online outreach.
