This summer, I had the pleasure of meeting the Aparre family at Kenneth Jackson’s Camp Meeting at Dyersdale Baptist Church in Coldspring, Texas. We met again at a meeting of the South Central Texas Baptist Fellowship, and then our paths crossed once more at the Missions Conference at New Beginning Baptist Church in Edgewood, Texas.
Brother Jonathan Aparre, who goes by “Than,” is a national pastor from the Philippines. He pastors Liberty Bible Baptist Church in Panglao, Bohol, Philippines, where he and his family are faithfully serving the Lord.
During our conversations, Brother Dan expressed an interest in establishing a website for the church and its ministry. Through our Missionaries to Cyberspace ministry, we were glad to be able to help.
Brother Dan provided the information and content for the church, and I worked with him to organize it and build the new website. Liberty Bible Baptist Church now has a working website at LBBCPH.com.
It was a pleasure getting to know Brother Than and the Aparre family and an even greater privilege to be able to serve them in a practical way by providing a website for their ministry.
One of the blessings of our Internet ministry is being able to help Independent Baptist churches and ministries establish a presence online so they can share their ministry, their message, and most importantly, the Gospel of Jesus Christ with people around the world (at no cost to the ministries).
We pray that the Lord will use the new Liberty Bible Baptist Church website to strengthen their ministry in Panglao, reach people with the Gospel, and introduce others to the work God is doing through Brother Dan and Liberty Bible Baptist Church in the Philippines.
