After waiting for about 45 minutes without being picked up by customer service, I was able to connect to the internet. I lost connectivity again. I called back in and this time received a canned message that my Internet service was under scheduled maintenance from Midnight until 10 AM. Service is intermittent at this time, and slow at best.
