The same server went down again. I opened up a ticket again, and let them know they were not meeting their 99.9% uptime commitment.
The server was down for about three hours today.
I also let them know that I need a resolution, that the problems are now chronic and not acceptable.
I received the following resolution.

We have successfully completed the hardware upgrade to permanently resolve the frequent downtime issue. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your patience throughout this process.
Do let us know if you have any other queries or concerns.

If we have any more outages, I am am researching alternative providers, and will move the service onto another provider. The server had been stable for 4 months.
